Founded in 2010 by Chef Kostas (Douridas Konstantinos), we have evolved from a humble vision on Ko Pha Ngan to a leading wellness hub in Chiang Mai. Our mission is to bridge the gap between internal nourishment and external recovery.
Our Pillars of Health: 🌿 Natural Efe (The Marketplace): We are Thailand’s strictly 100% vegan, cruelty-free marketplace. We curate organic superfoods, gluten-free essentials, and natural therapies. We refuse to stock parent companies that test on animals, ensuring every purchase supports an ethical supply chain.
Eudemonia (The Wellness Center): Located directly adjacent to our shop, our spa focuses on cold thermogenesis and heat therapy. We provide a sanctuary for physical recovery, mental resilience, and community connection through ice baths, steam baths, magnesium baths and sauna sessions.
