JX International presents itself to fill the need in catering and supporting the tremendous and dynamic economic growth. This is the first expo building in East Java and the only one built on 3 HA land, and exhibition floor space of nearly 1 HA without a single pillar.
Its location is quite strategic as it is on the main thoroughfare of Surabaya, close to the center of the town, closed access to the toll road leading to the harbour, near International Airport and also quite near the railway route.
JX International is fully furnished with the international exhibition standard, which exhibition hall divisible into three smaller halls as according to tenants. Exhibition hall could be also used for all sort functions. The hall could accommodate 300 booth stands, 8000 participants for classroom style or 400 participants for sit-down meal for a reception. Its flexibility suits almost any type of function.
The exhibition hall and lobby are so flexible for various activities.
There are more than 5500 sqm with floor load of 1,300 kg per sqm, which anable to accommodate heavy industrial machineries and equipments for international exhibition scale. Besides, the security monitor is equipped with CCTV which connected to the 32 security monitors for monitoring all the activities in the JX International Expo area, included parking area to exhibition hall during 24 hours.
The Receptionist Counter is available in lobby which furnished with modern design. Parking area available in Ground floor and more than 400 sqm. Bonded Warehouse for international exhibition facility. Besides, parking area available in the south park of building.
