JTB Malaysia, officially known as Japan Travel Bureau (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, was established in 1990, with our headquarters strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and a branch office in Kota Kinabalu to support our operations.
In 2004, we expanded our offerings with the establishment of our Outbound Department, complementing our strong foundation in Inbound travel services.
Across all JTB offices worldwide, we share a unified philosophy:
