As property investors ourselves, we have nearly 20 years of investment experience and have undergone high-level professional training at institutions such as the University of Melbourne and the National University of Singapore. We also work alongside a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Practising Planner (CPP)/ Town planner with nearly 30 years of experience in planning and design, as well as several years of experience as a Principal Urban Planner in our team. We possess a deep and practical understanding of property investment and the inherent logic of property portfolios and allocations.
We have extensive business connections and professional communication with property selling agents, allowing us to find valuable pre/off-market opportunities for buyer clients.
