During the print era, independent travellers never went anywhere without a Lonely Planet or Rough Guide (or something similar). 醬游 Just Trip aims to achieve the same indispensable status in the modern, digital world - with a long term goal of 300 - 500 city or town guides.
醬游 Just Trip’s guides are already available in English and natively translated Mandarin. Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian or Spanish could be next!
酱游 Just Trip will have both B2C and B2B product offerings:
B2C - free, smartphone city guides with incredibly powerful functionality and online bookings
B2B - licensing of those city guides (content or functionality or both) to third parties
The primary revenue model for the B2C guides is commission share on in-app bookings. And for B2C, monthly licensing fees.
