Basically, we design and build amazing things.
The first thing to know is that we’re a full-service creative agency. That means once you have a brilliant idea, we can work with you on a gameplan (strategy), create a gorgeous logo and styleguide (branding), design a beautiful, functional app (product design), turn it into high-performance code (development) and then help people find out about it (motion design).
We do this by taking on clients who share our values and working very closely with you and your team. Even though we work remotely, we’ll constantly be sending you new concepts and beautiful designs over Slack.
While most of our team is located in Sydney, Australia; we’re a fully remote and distributed team. This means we can find the best talent globally to work with and focus on results instead of the 9 to 5 shift.
Once you’ve told us about your project, we'll do our own research to find out whether we're a good fit for each other. If everything's hunky-dory, we'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible to organise a kick-off call.
After the call, we'll send through a proposal that details our understanding of the scope of work. It also includes a timeline, list of deliverables, estimated costs and a few things we need from you to get started (mostly research and knowledge).
If the proposal looks good, we’ll send through the agreement — a pretty standard documents full of legal mumbo-jumbo to make sure that everything’s above board.
Understanding your business takes time and energy, so we usually pack these into a few small, intense workshops before we start. Nobody knows your business better than your team which is why we like to spend time upfront getting to know you and learning how your product or service works inside and out.
