Our story starts in 1904 when Albin Sancho opened the first Sancho bakery in the medieval town of Lodeve, in the South of France. He passed on his traditional, labour intensive art of bread-making to his son Albert and his grandson Jean Pierre Sancho. In 2009 this traditional art of breadmaking was brought to Perth, Western Australia where our talented and dedicated bakers continue to use these traditional baking techniques to bring you the very best, high quality, par baked and fresh baked products in Perth.
