Retired Colonel Manuel P. Mondejar started Mondejar Printing Press in 1945 and specialized in printing Congressional Records. Second-generation owner Jose Rene E. Mondejar published the Book of Nudes when he was only 16 years old, the first songbook with guitar chords in the Philippines.
