JP Insurance Public is the joint venture between Phoenix Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited and Jaymart Group. This strategic move has led to the rebranding of Phoenix Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, with the firm being renamed as JP Insurance Public Company Limited with its Capital Adequacy Ratio rising to among the top tier in the country’s insurance industry. While “J” in the company’s name stands for Jaymart group and “P” represents Phoenix, which has operated in an insurance business for over two decades. The new brand name will become official across the country from 1 May 2018 to 14 July 2021. As of 15 July 2021, JP Insurance PCL will change its name to Jaymart Insurance Public Company Limited. This is to strengthen the power of synergy across Jaymart Group.

Which leads to opportunity to generate revenue and profit through InsurTech while enhance overall group’s strength. Jaymart Group has made a strategic move in investing in Phoenix Insurance because of growth potential in insurance industry as well as ability to support synergy strategy. Jaymart Group will be able to leverage its strengths – including more than 200 retail distribution channels and nationwide Singer sale representatives– in support of insurance products. Attractive insurance solutions can be designed and deliver based on Big Data of more than seven million customers of Jaymart mobile, JMT, JAS Aset, J-Fintech, J Capital, J-Venture and Singer.
