Since its establishment in 1986, Januar Jahja and Partners (JJP) has grown from a modest operation into one of the preeminent IP boutiques in all of Indonesia. Specializing in all aspects of intellectual property (IP) law, JJP has represented clients big, small and multinational from a wide variety of backgrounds over the last three decades, including both well-known Indonesian and international entities.
In addition to our core practice assisting clients register, protect, renew, and enforce their trademarks, patents, copyrights, and/or industrial designs, JJP also has a thriving IP Litigation practice, securing some of the most well-known and important IP decisions in Indonesia.
