Jana Tanmia Resources Sdn Bhd was setup in 1996 . We humbly starts as a maintenance contractor in the area of mechanical and electrical system for old and aging hospital such as Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) and hospitals around Selangor where we were appointed as specialist maintenance contractor to solve problems such as Room Pressurisation Control System, Room Temperature and Humidity Control and Particle Count problem at Operation Theatre, Cleanroom and other Critical Care Units like Burn Units, ICU/CCU and so on. We were also involved in refurbishing and maintaining the old reciprocating chillers, centrifugal chiller and air handling units with aging cooling coil issue and so on. The deal is to solve the problem then only we will get paid. Our first major breakthrough was to be awarded with long term contract by Faber Mediserve to undertake the maintenance of mechanical and electrical system for all hospitals is state of Sabah. We were then also awarded with contract to provide cleansing services for 7 major hospitals is Sabah too. We were there for 13 years and by then Jana Tanmia Resources Sdn Bhd has blossomed into a complete Facility Management company specialising in Healthcare Facilities and Office Buildings. We also undertake mechanical and electrical construction projects for existing retrofitting and new hospitals projects. We are also trusted to become Authorised Distributor for few engineering products such as BSE Magnetic Bearing Chiller, Bioxigen Advanced Air Filtration System, Distech Control Building Automation System and Medical Gas Products ie CPX and G Samaras. We are also having the MITI manufacturing license for Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) and Air Conditioning/Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV) in Malaysia. We have our in house capabilities to undertake Sustainability Programme for our customer too. WIth our international partners we under consultancy for Asset Management base on ISO 55001 and Facility Management base on ISO 41001.
