The idea started in the first quarter of 2019. The company started with three friends who were discussing the needs of their respective programs in the call center industry and the observation that the Philippines continuous to be the leading choice for global BPOs. Thus, we were inspired to start up J. Plazo Staffing Corp, with the vision of catering to the ever-increasing demands of the industry that we helped pioneer.
With a combined 45 years of experience, covering all facets of the industry; operations, recruitment, training, workforce management, client services, sales and marketing, JP Staffing guarantees a consistent fit to your association's business need. Data preparing of your workforce is arranged, and a promoting and sourcing map is planned. We draw a specific application framework on the complete image of the sort/line of business condition where candidates are going to be hired, i.e. Customer Service, Telemarketing, Technical Support, Healthcare, Back Office.
