ITwise sells branded End-of-Lease IT equipment that is remanufactured, refurbished and re-marketed back to the general consumers. With popular brands from HP, Dell, Lenovo and Apple among others, ITwise differs from other re-marketers by our substantial and consistent inventory of business grade equipment (MIL810G certified) and parts which gives us the ability to provide extended support services. All equipment carries a Microsoft Certified Refurbisher License to avoid infringement of Operating System software copyrights.
Furthermore, our Remanufacturing process is eco-friendly benefitting the economy and environment. It involves a rigorous 16-steps process to renew the equipment (aesthetically/functionality) and to ensure it functions as good as new.
We also have enhanced our support packages where buyers will now have the option to choose an extended support package that includes a Helpdesk as well as an on-site support service. This reduces the hassle of carrying in equipment for warranty support and most importantly, significantly reducing the downtime incurred.
