20 New Designs per Month With a 30-person design team and multiple personnel with technical backgrounds, we develop 20 new designs every month, focusing on mid- to high-end market segments.
Using Machines from Italy, Japan and Germany Located in northern Vietnam, our 150,000sqm factory is furnished with imported machinery, including low pressure casting and gravity casting machines from IMR of Italy, CNC turning centers from Brothers of Japan, automatic plating line from Taiwan as well as spectrometers from Speck of Germany.
Complementing the hardware investment, we deploy ERP solution from SAP throughout our operations, enabling us to streamline and standardize business processes and provide better compliance.
$30 Million Investment in Vietnam Operations In all, we have invested close to $30 million in Vietnam operations, and our design capability and integrated facilities allow us to provide end-to-end services, from product R&D, mold design and making, casting, machining, grinding and polishing, plating to assembly.
