JapanTaxi is a company developing software/hardware for traffic and mobility system under Nihon Kotsu Co Ltd, which is the biggest taxi supplier in Japan, and Freakout Holdings Inc, is one of the most leading ad technology companies in Japan. Hence, establishing a joint venture named “IRIS inc” in June 2016, which is a leading digital signage advertising company in Japan.
IRIS developed IoT based digital signage network and sells video ad platform under the name called “TokyoPrime" to brand advertisers and agencies. The signage is installed in almost all the taxis under Nihon Kotsu.
This time, IRIS has concluded a partnership with Grab in Singapore and aims to expand globally with the product name "SPLIT" in other countries as well.
