IOH was awarded the top award for customer service by icare in 2017 for our work with clients in workers compensation. IOH has quickly become a provider of choice under NDIS for therapeutic services creating interdisciplinary interventions engaging Occupational Therapy (OT), Psychology, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology. IOH was the inaugural winner of the Resilience in Business category for the Illawarra Business Awards 2020, recognising our strategic risk planning that assisted us remain active in supporting clients during the Covid 19 pandemic.
IOH is focused on providing quality accessible services to the NSW community with primary offices in Wollongong, Nowra, Campbelltown, Penrith, Maitland, Parramatta and Mittagong.
IOH has a highly trained professional team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation counsellors, exercise physiologists, workplace rehabilitation consultants, employment consultants, WHS Consultants, Occ Hygienists and Trainers all supported by an administration team with extensive experience in working within the broad healthcare sector, including NDIS, Aged Care and workers compensation systems (SIRA NSW and Comcare).
