International Coastal Management (ICM) is a specialist coastal engineering consultancy that, with its core staff, selected specialist sub-consultants and university links, provides expert advice and undertakes projects throughout Australia and Internationally.
Since 1989 ICM's focus has been on delivering world best practice, practical (often eco-engineered and “working with nature”) solutions that meet client objectives and visions, taking into consideration the unique and complex coastal environment at each site. The team thrive on solving “impossible” Coastal Management problems and implementing innovative but robust and cost effective solutions for coastal communities.
The most recent ICM challenge (and success!) has been the Re:Beach Coastal Design Competition in California, resulting in ICM winning against top recognised leaders in the field for our innovative approach to coastal resilience ( https://www.rebeach.org/)
