What began as a family-owned operation, has now grown into one of the largest solar companies in the country, operating across QLD, NSW, Vic, SA and WA via an exclusive Costco partnership. To date, Instyle Solar has provided residential and commercial solar systems to over 20,000 home and business owners.
In addition to the exclusive Costco partnership, Johnathan Thurston (JT) has also come on board as our first solar ambassador to encourage more Aussie homeowners to make the switch. Both JT and Instyle Solar are passionate about helping people eliminate those dreaded electricity bills and realise their financial goals.
Instyle Solar’s growth has also come with recognition, with CEO and Co-founder Karl Brown being awarded Brisbane Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Retail and Services) for three consecutive years in a row – 2017, 2018 and 2019. Karl also took home the National Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2018, and in 2019 he won the accolade for National Young Entrepreneur ‘Trailblazer’ of the Year. It was no surprise when Karl became is a finalist in the 2021 CEO of the Year awards following these notable achievements.
Instyle Solar was also ranked third in the Australian Financial Review’s ‘Fast 100’ list for 2020 with a 128% growth rate.
