Inspire Fitness for Wellbeing is an Award Winning Exercise Physiology Clinic and Allied Health Gym in Balwyn North - Melbourne, Australia.
We use specialist exercise interventions in the treatment (and prevention!) of chronic disease, injury, pain and to improve the overall health and wellbeing of our community.
The foundation of our work as Exercise Physiologists at Inspire Fitness is to prescribe advanced corrective exercise and injury rehabilitation strategies to identify and address any individual underlying biomechanical and movement dysfunctions within our clients. These dysfunctions are often an obstacle for a client to unlock the health benefits of strength training and other exercise modalities.
Our unique corrective exercise approach combined with strength training and general fitness training enables our clients to reach their medical and health goals faster!
Our Exercise Physiology team will design an individualized exercise program to the unique needs of your body; so you reach your health, lifestyle and wellbeing goals safely and efficiently!
We understand that NO two bodies are the same - there are differences in postural shape, differences in symmetry of strength and flexibility from one side of the body to another, there are differences in core and pelvic stability; and differences with ones medical background. As each person is different we develop an individual exercise plan based on these individual differences - this is not a 'one size fits all approach' to your exercise.
