INFOTANIC was established by Mr Kenneth Liau in year 2016. In year 2000, Kenneth had joined into Point-of-Sales (POS) industry as a technical support for pos hardware and software. During the year from 2000 till 2015, he had play with few roles which as POS system implementer, Project Manager, CCTV Surveillance System Integrator and POS System & CCTV Surveillance Adviser. He had implemented more than 100 stores with different business type of retail and F&B with integration with CCTV Surveillance System.
The POS Software can gather for retail, warehouse, departmental store, restaurant, cafe, bistro, food court, food truck and etc no matter is offline or cloud based. As well support using ANDROID & IOS Tablet. Full of flexibility that user can select depends on the environment and business nature.
While POS hardware only a reliable and fully local support brand will be recommend to end-user. Full local support which is warranty and after warranty period to ensure client able to service the product in the lowest price.
UNIVIEW the brand we use for CCTV Surveillance solution integrated with POS software to ensure the every single sales item entered or scanned is recorded in CCTV system as well for audit purpose. UNIVIEW can gather from small industry till multi chain store and warehouse.
