Description
Considering the highly developed concept of Japanese food in Indonesia and the need for professionals who have knowledge and skills in Japanese cuisine, we who work as sushi chefs feel the need for a forum for us to share experiences and knowledge in the Japanese culinary field.
The Indonesian Sushi Chef Association was formed on the joint idea of 18 seminar and training participants organized by the World Sushi Skill Institute and the Norwegian Seafood Council in Jakarta in 2015.
The Indonesian Sushi Chef Association has programs for:
