ABOUT IHRP The Indonesian HR Professionals Society (association of Indonesian HR professionals) abbreviated as IHRP, is a non-profit organization of Indonesian HR professionals founded in October 1999. IHRP is a further development of the IHRP e-forum held at eGroups.com.
VISION
Become an organization that:
- is a catalyst to improve HR management competence for its members, the business world and the Indonesian government sector,
- have representatives in all provinces of Indonesia,
- has strategies, plans, and programs for the development of professionalism, knowledge, competence and image of its members as well as Indonesian HR professionals in general,
- mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with similar organizations,
- managed professionally with sound financial condition.
MISSION
- provide strategic leadership in HR management and related fields,
- provide an effective and efficient communication platform for the exchange of information and ideas in the field of HR management,
- provide information and recommendations to the business community and the Indonesian government in the field of HR management including strategies, plans, policies, systems and procedures.
- organizes world-class education & training in the field of HR management and related fields.
BASIC GOALS
- IHRP members comprise the majority of Indonesian HR management practitioners and a significant number of non HR executives,
- Establish and operate an effective and efficient Indonesian HR management research center
- Establish and operate an effective and efficient HR management education, training and development center
- Has branches in all provinces of Indonesia
