Indonesia Seamless Tube (IST) or PT Artas Energy Petrogas was established on the 1st of August 2010. We are a domestic company, conducted an industrial revolution in the steel field through the construction of a seamless steel pipe factory. This is the first creation in Indonesia, even for southeast Asia.
IST's own factory is located in Krakatau Steel Cilegon Industrial Area, Banten. Because, In the area of infrastructure that includes electricity, gas, and other supporting facilities such as the international port of Cigading Port is quite close.
Seamless Steel Pipe Hot Rolling Mill is composed of the options. "There's a Mannesmann-type Piercing Mill to produce Hollow Bloom, Three Roll Aseel Mill as Hot Rolling Mill to obtain precision diameter, Wall Thickness, and roundness, and then, Twelve Stand Sizing Mill. The IST will produce a seamless steel pipe having diameters ranging from 168 to 340 mm, 6 to 35 mm thick, and 6000 to 12000 mm in length.
