Independent Community Living Australia (ICLA) is a not for profit organisation that has been operating since 1984. We have a depth of understanding and experience working with people who have a mental illness and/or a disability. We strive to promote people’s independence, active participation and inclusion in the community to live a valued life.

With over 30 years experience in mental health and disability support ICLA understands the importance of flexible support which gives the individual real choice and control .

We work with the individual’s strengths, values and goals, whatever they may be. Our model of support puts them at the centre of the service they receive.
