If so, you are not alone. An estimated 62% of us have experienced Imposter Syndrome at some point in our lives.
The experience is marked by an internal belief that we are not as competent as others perceive us to be, and in which we doubt our capabilities despite our achievements. Simply put, it is an ungrounded fear of being eventually exposed as a fraud.
Managing Imposter Syndrome tends to be a lonely experience, especially on a success-focused platform like LinkedIn, but it doesn’t have to be.
We created ‘Our Imposter Stories’ to construct a space in which each of us can safely share our struggles with self-doubt and find comfort in knowing that we are not alone in it. Because the truth is, behind every success is a moment of self-doubt.
