Unlike traditional leadership programmes, we incorporate interaction with horses to help you develop leadership presence. Horses are astonishingly effective at giving accurate, undistorted and immediate feedback on your leadership style. Impact Leadership guarantees to fast track your leadership skills.

Most of our training takes place at our Sudbury location on the Kapiti Coast, however we can take our training to other locations if suitable for our horse training component.
And, because many people ask, you do not have to be a horse lover and you won't need to ride a horse. We have a team of horse trainers and a comprehensive Health and safety plan. We guide you as you learn to what it takes to guide and lead our horses.
