Ikmapas merupakan salah satu dari beberapa Ormada kampus yang ada di UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Ikmapas merupakan organisasi kedaerahan, menampung serta sebagai wadah bagi para mahasiswa Surabaya yang berasal dari wilayah Pasuruan. Ikmapas didirikan oleh Ahmad Zarkasih atau yang akrab dipanggil cak Kaji beserta teman-teman pada 6 Juni 2001, tepatnya di jl. Jemursari Wonocolo selatan gang masjid. Semenjak saat itu ikrar mahasiswa yang tergabung dibeberapa daerah Pasuruan diucapkan. Dengan Solidaritas dulur-dulur Ikmapas yang tercermin dalam motto "Sura Dira Satya Sarana Bhakti" yang artinya berani, teguh hati dan setia sebagai sarana amal untuk berbakti dan mengabdi kepada Pasuruan tercinta. Sebagai awal perjalanan Ormada Ikmapas membentuk Organisasi Mahasiswa daerah yang solid berasaskan kekeluargaan supaya dapat berkontribusi lebih terhadap kampus maupun nantinya kembali ke daerah Pasuruan send
