We are a leading evidence-based development organisation, founded in Sydney Australia in 2002, expanded our operation to Singapore in 2007, and joined ICG Global in 2014. Today, we are present in most developed countries.
We developed a large pool of accredited coaches who are trained based on our structured Executive Coach Development Program (ECDP). In 2014, we obtained the first nationally, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) accredited Diploma of Executive Coaching.
Also, in 2014, Pharos Institute joined ICG Global as new Leadership and Executive Coaching Practice (LED). In 2019, ICG moved into verticals, and we become “ICG Leadership”.
The cornerstone of evidence-based development is the systematic use of cutting-edge theory and proven research from the behavioural sciences, linked to evolving coaching and development best practice. It is a professional, outcome-focused approach that delivers measurable improvement in performance as well as supporting personal growth.
We deliver evidence-based executive and organisation development using frameworks that are powerful, accurate and effective. Our coaches and educators are skilled in establishing strong relationships, enabling them to supportively challenge the perceptions, assumptions and habits of thought and behaviour that hinder performance.
Recruiting only highly professional CEOs and senior executives with a wealth of corporate and life experience, we understand from first-hand experience the challenges that leaders and managers deal with on a daily basis. Our ethos is one of service combined with respect for the individual.
