We are Ibnusina Offshore Sdn. Bhd, an Offshore Ship Management and Manning Agency company based in Malaysia. We commenced our business in the early 2000, focusing mainly on ships brokerage and cross chartering. Over the years, we have established good relationships with Ship Owners, Oil Majors, Main Contractors and Malaysia Marine Department alike. In 2018, in-line with Petronas’ mandate to promote localization, we have expanded our services to include Ship Management and Logistic Agency. Subsequently we have been awarded a subsea contract with Petronas and we have been engaged with IRM project across Sarawak Waters, Malaysia. We have been given a confidence boost by one of largest vessel contractor to manage their vessel, a DP2 Diving Support Vessel for this project. We have an extensive range of solutions for all vessel segments to offer you the management services you want. Our vessel management services include technical management, crew management, risk management & systems, vessel accounting and procurement services. Our experiences and strengths in vessel management are enhanced by this long tradition of operating a global fleet of commercial vessels. We strive to maintain and extend our tradition and reputation for high-quality, professional services to the worldwide maritime industry.
Our involvement in Oil and Gas industry dramatically increased after our involvement in this IRM project, and we can proudly claim to be one of the very few recognized fully localized ship operator in the subsea arena at the moment. To this end, we have also been granted Petronas Licenses for category of Diving Support Vessel and Accommodation/Construction Work Vessel. Our ship management experience ranges from offshore support vessels to highly complex and specialized offshore vessels. We have established best practices, human resources and processes based on our years of accumulated experience in technical and crew management.
