HORNG CHEN DECORATION & CONSTRUCTION (HCDC) was founded by Mr. Lee Hock Leong, the director in 1996. Before the company started involving with Nirvana Asia Ltd.’s construction project, employees were specialized in establishing a large scale of landscaping works which includes fish ponds, man-made ponds & different kind of gardens varying from Mediterranean gardens to tropical gardens. In 1999, HCDC took over majority of Nirvana Asia Ltd.’s construction projects and became the main contractor for them.
