Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Sipil (HMTS) is a student organization at the department level under the auspices of the Department of Civil Engineering, Universitas Negeri Semarang. HMTS has a function as a forum for aspirations for civil engineering students, especially civil engineering students at Universitas Negeri Semarang in an effort to improve soft skills and hard skills through work programs that are run.
