Description

HMS Community is Australia's first Community Paramedic-led healthcare charity. We provide advanced and innovative support to our people, in the comfort of their homes, communities and through our clinic.

We value community, lived experience, advocacy, and a preventative care model. Each week we are saving Ambulance Services approximately 90 hours' worth of callouts, saving around $1.4m, subsequently preventing many unnecessary hospital stays.

HMS's multidisciplinary team of Community Paramedics, Nurse Practitioners, General Practitioners, Community Nurses, Youth Workers, Support Partners, and Care Companions, work hard to maintain the health and wellbeing of our community and provide essential health care for all people.
