Description

Harold & Lam Partnership (HLP) was founded in 2015 by a group of lawyers who previously practised at one of Malaysia’s largest law firms.

We are a boutique firm and also, one of the few full-service construction law practices in Malaysia, advising and representing clients throughout the entire lifecycle of construction project, from contract negotiation and project advisory to dispute avoidance and resolution.

Apart from that, we also maintain a strong focus on commercial and civil litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication and arbitration. Our wider practice spans a diverse range of matters, including shareholder disputes, tax litigation, banking and finance, consumer protection, securities litigation, medical negligence, land fraud, contractual disputes, debt recovery, and defamation claims.

HLP is recognised as a top-tier firm in construction law, dispute resolution and employment by leading legal directories including Benchmark Litigation, Asialaw, Legal 500, and others. These rankings reflect the depth of our experience and the trust placed in us by clients and peers alike.
