HIPMI (Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia) adalah organisasi independen non partisan para pengusaha muda Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang perekonomian. Organisai ini didirikan pada tanggal 10 Juni 1972 oleh para pengusaha pemula yang terdiri dari Drs. Abdul Latief, Ir. Siswono Yudo Husodo, Teuku Sjahrul, Datuk Hakim Thantawi, Badar Tando, Irawan Djajaatmadja, SH, Hari Sjamsudin Mangaan, Pontjo Sutowo, dan Ir. Mahdi Diah.

Organisasi ini didirikan dengan dilandasi oleh semangat untuk menumbuhkan wirausaha di kalangan pemuda. Pada tanggal 17 September 2019, Mardani H. Maming terpilih sebagai Ketua Umum Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (periode 2019-2022) menggantikan Ketua Umum sebelumnya, Bahlil Lahadalia.
