HMS FT-UB (Himpunan Mahasiswa Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Brawijaya) adalah suatu organisasi kemahasiswaan yang menaungi mahasiswa program studi Sarjana Teknik Sipil, Universitas Brawijaya.

Berawal dari kebutuhan untuk menampung kepentingan mahasiswa di tingkat jurusan, timbul suatu pemikiran untuk membentuk suatu wadah baru di tingkat jurusan sebagai segala aktifitas mahasiswa terpusat di kelembagaan tingkat fakultas teknik. Maka pada tanggal 27 April 1978, dibentuklah Himpunan Mahasiswa Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Brawijaya setelah musyawarah terbuka Mahasiswa Sipil dengan Ketua Himpunan terpilih pertama Agus Budhiharjo.

Saat ini, HMS FT-UB dipimpin oleh Dicky Hamdani (S'17) selaku ketua HMS FT-UB periode 2020-2021, dengan membawakan Visi & Misi sebagai berikut :

VISI Mewujudkan HMS FT-UB sebagai wadah pengembangan potensi diri yang berdaya saing secara global pada tahun 2020

MISI

  • Menjalankan serta memberikan dukungan untuk pengembangan seluruh potensi akademik dan non-akademik civitas akademika Teknik Sipil FT-UB
  • Menjadi Wadah yang besifat kekeluargaan dalam menampung dan melaksanakan aspirasi KBMS FT-UB
  • Meningkatkan pengaplikasian ilmu pengetahuan dalam kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi
  • Menjaga kehormatan KBMS FT-UB dan meningkatkan eksistensi KBMS FT-UB di tingkat nasional dan internasional
