Description
HIMANIKA adalah lembaga kedaulatan mahasiswa di FISIP yang menampung dan mewadahi seluruh mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Brawijaya dalam mengembangkan minat, bakat, serta kemampuan sesuai dengan disiplin Ilmu Komunikasi yang sudah ada maupun potensi-potensi yang ada lainnya. Himanika selalu terbuka bagi seluruh mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Brawijaya yang tentunya ingin mengembangkan bakatnya.
Himanika pertama kali berdiri pada sekitar bulan September 2004, disahkan di Kota Malang, melalui SK No. 107/J10.1.16/SK/2005 oleh dekan FISIP, Prof. Dr. Ir. Darsono Wisadirana, M.S. pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2005.
Visi Mewujudkan Himanika sebagai rumah yang yang produktif dan responsif untuk seluruh Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi.
Misi 1. Himanika sebagai wadah aspiratif bagi Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi.
Memperkuat hubungan dengan Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi dalam mengatasi problematika mahasiwa.
2. Meningkatkan peran himanika sebagai penyalur potensi serta minat dan bakat Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi dalam bidang akademik dan non akademik.
3. Lebih aktif dalam merangkul Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi melalui program kerja Himanika.
4. Memperluas relasi dengan publik internal dan eksternal Himanika.
