At Hey Mate Workplace we are redefining workplace mental well-being support and education. There are organisations that ‘look good’ and then there are organisations that ‘do good’. We are a team of Counselors, Psychologists, Social Workers, and Educators that are passionate about providing quality mental wellbeing support and education to workplaces. We believe in long term, proactive mental wellbeing support and education to aid in positive company culture and employee happiness.
Hey Mate is more than a phone number on a wall you call when things are low, we believe in being an extension of the workplace to destigmatise, aid in reducing nerves and normalise mental wellbeing in the workplace.
As a social enterprise supporting the workplaces across Australia, we assist the workplace community by providing therapeutic support, coaching, employee assistance programs (EAP), group work, industry-tailored workshops, mental health first aid, and more.
