Helpr is a chat-based service that acts as your personal shopper. We help you to get anything you want from your favourite retailers, as long as it's legal. :)
Started as SMS personal assistant in 2015, we've made thousands of lives easier by getting whatever our users wanted on demand with no hassle! Think of us like an extra pair of virtual hands that are able to get what you need magically. Real humans deal with your request with present realistic solutions.
We google for our users, make phone calls, compare the best rates, digest the reviews and provide you the appropriate recommendations. We saved their valuable time by going through the time-consuming ordering process and offer the best possible solutions. We believed that such service should be easily accessed by everyone, thus we make them available through simple text messages - to get anything you need, anywhere and anytime.
Since then, we've decided to focus on personal shopping category to serve our users better at variety of delivery options available. We've launched a new platform called Giftr (giftr.my) in early 2017 which serves as a gifting marketplace connecting gift sellers and gift seekers. Users can chat with our Giftr concierge team to get recommendations for gift as well.
