Hello Host is one of the first agencies in SA to specialise in short-term rentals, and Hello Real Estate is fully licensed to rent your property long term.
We deliver exceptional property management strategies for our clients and unforgettable experiences for our guests and tenants. We do this by building long-term relationships with both property owners and residents, and working hard to really understand your goals, needs and wants.
We’re not like other property managers. We project returns for both long-term leases with Hello Real Estate and short-term stays with Hello Host, then we pick the best path for performance to help you reach your financial goals sooner.
How we do property management differently:
We’re bespoke. Our flexible residential property management model means we can adapt to changing market conditions. We see the challenges of change in travel, housing, investment, and the sharing economy as potential profits.
We’re innovative. We were one of the first property management specialists in Adelaide to create virtual property tours. We’ll photograph and style your property to create an eye-catching listing.
We’re transparent. We give our landlords more time to be strategic, or enjoy their downtime. We’ll keep you across everything at your property and you’ll always have full visibility of your accounts, but we don’t add to your to-do list.
We’re growth-minded. We’ll help you maximise your return on investment with advice on the best time to buy or sell based on your property goals. Our team is qualified to manage your property and sell it.
