Curtin University's Healthy Connections project is a finalist in the WA Government's Challenge to reimagine healthcare in the Pilbara. Join us as we build a Proof-of-Concept for mobile telehealth in the Pilbara, providing equitable access to healthcare.

Our Vision We envision a future where distance and access are no longer barriers to quality healthcare. Healthy Connections aims to provide reliable and secure connectivity, advanced medical analysis technology, and better data management through a state-of-the-art medi mobile unit. Our goal is to enhance accessibility for patients and improve health outcomes.

Our Team We are proud of our multi-disciplinary team, bringing expertise in Engineering, Computing and Health Sciences to deliver this innovative mobile telehealth solution. We are advised by researchers with cultural backgrounds and experts who have worked in remote health service delivery. We are excited to bring together a team of interns (with Innovation Central Scholarships) and volunteers from Engineering, Computing, Medicine and Marketing and Business backgrounds. Building Curtin student capability for work readiness and contributing to our Healthy Connections team mission.
