At Health Voices Victoria, communities and people with lived experience are at our heart. We are driven by the belief that transformation happens only when the people the health system is designed to support have seats at the table as equal partners.

Through partnerships, alliances and networks, we build the evidence, systems, skills and confidence needed to ensure this work leads to meaningful, lasting impact.

We are proud to be part of Deakin University's Institute for Health Transformation and were previously called the Health Consumers Centre until November 2025. We are building on the legacy created by the Health Issues Centre, Victoria's peak organisation for health consumers from 1985 to its closure in 2024.
