Hartleys Lawyers was established initially in Deer Park in 2001 by Principal solicitor, Peter Love.
Peter grew up in the western suburbs of Melbourne and is committed to providing access to legal representation in the area.
From the firm’s commencement we expanded rapidly, providing legal services from family law to criminal law, to wills and estates and other general matters, including court appearances on a diverse range of matters.
Such was the demand for our services that we have expanded our practice to surrounding areas, and now operate offices in Fitzroy, Sunshine, Moonee Ponds, Kew, Hawthorn, Box Hill and Mount Waverley. The size of the firm has also grown rapidly and we now have solicitors from diverse backgrounds each with their own unique practice and experience.
We pride ourselves on being one of the largest firms who undertake family law matters in Melbourne’s Western region and one of only a few firms who operate an extensive practice that accommodates both private and legally-aided funded clients.
We are committed to improving and growing our services, and aim to attract the best solicitors to join our expanding team.
