Our professional team have come from a construction, trades and project management background, giving HBG unique insights into industry needs and indications for a successful partnership.
HBG was founded by Sebastian Harrison-Barratt who has construction in his blood. From a young age, he saw an opportunity to simplify and streamline the labor-hire process and improve the outdated construction recruitment system. HBG was then established in 2017, and has since grown to become one of the leading recruitment agencies within the NSW, ACT & QLD construction markets. We are proud to say we have experienced successful growth nationally. We employ over 500 skilled construction tradespeople servicing a wide range of clients across multiple construction segments.
