These statistics can nolonger be ignored as we consider the future of our profession.
Happy Lawyer Happy Life is the result of the tireless work of practicing lawyer, Clarissa Rayward. 10 years into the practice of law, Clarissa found herself burntout and searching for a solution. After many hours of research, reading, writing and listening, Clarissa started to unlock the answer.
Fast forward 4 years and Clarissa’s podcast and book both titled ‘Happy Lawyer, Happy Life’ offer insights and resources for legal professionals seeking fulfilling careers and happiness both in law and in life.
Now, through her 'side hustle' Happy Lawyer Happy Life, Clarissa has developed key resources which enable lawyers to access education, resources and training to build a happy and sustainable career in law.
