Hands and Feet is a registered charity that exists to help Australians in real need by distributing free food to families and individuals who go hungry or are not eating the right foods each week, because they cannot afford to buy fresh fruit and vegetables to supplement their meals.
The Australian Foodbank Hunger Report 2024 found that food insecurity in Australia has reached a critical point.
48% of households with less than $30,000 in income are food insecure – up 5% since 2022. And these figures continue to rise.
There are more than 3.7 million households (36%) in Australia who experienced severe food shortage. Households with small children are being hardest hit and single parents are suffering.
At Hands and Feet we believe that everyone has the right to live a life full of dignity and opportunity. That's why we give away more than 3300 free food hampers in 4 States every week to those in need. But we want to do more.
And that is why we invite your company to partner with us.
Every $1.00 given to Hands & Feet enables us to provide $14.00 of food to those who need it most.
We have been operating since 2015 and have grown to be one of the largest food distributors across Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide. But we cannot continue on our own.

Hands & Feet also provides week-long holiday camps for people with disabilities, and has recently been approved to provide Aged Home Care.
