Description
GrowFit provides specialized early childhood health education and gross motor development classes within Early Learning Centres. We operate in the greater Sydney area and each week visit over 50 childcare centres. We pride ourselves on encouraging our children to live a happy and healthy life, and that Being Fit is FUN!!!
Over 50000 children have engaged in the GrowFit program. Our trainers are:
- fully qualified
- trained in class management
- senior first aid approved
- working with children check approved
- experience in the GrowFit trainer course
- nurturing, positive and enthusiastic
What is the GrowFit Program?
The GrowFit Preschool Fitness Program involves a series of creative, themed physical activity sessions that encourage children to enjoy a fun, healthy and balanced lifestyle. These sessions are run within early learning centres, preschool or childcare centres. We have developed these classes into specific age groups:
1-2 years: Infant Stars 2-3 years: Mini All Stars 3-5 years old: All Stars
We also have two specialized programs:
- GrowFit Breathe, a mindfulness and breathing program
- GrowFit Hip Hop, a dance program
We help ELCs increase their daily occupancy, exceed their NQS rating and engage their educators.
