For over 20 years my passion has been working in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs property market. It’s a job I truly love. In a place I live and adore.
For over a decade I was a top performing agent at McGrath Real Estate; which is why I was chosen as the selling agent for the original series of The Block, representing popular contestants ‘Gav and Waz’. It was a wonderful experience that taught me even more about the power of presentation, publicity and marketing. In 2004, in partnership I owned and ran a successful full service real estate agency for 9 years.
Then, in 2013 I decided a more personal approach was the way forward. In an exclusive market like Sydney’s East, off the shelf, big real estate agency approach simply does not cut it for some properties and some people.
Goodyer Real Estate was formed to offer a bespoke approach. Treating every property and client with tailored, targeted attention.
It’s a strategy that works, Goodyer is going from strength to strength, by being careful to remain ‘boutique’ enough to ensure my attention is 100% with my clients at all times.
Because I have bought and sold my own properties numerous times over the years, I am familiar with the complexities of renovating and D.A. requirements, which has been pivotal to my success.
I have a genuine passion and energy for real estate and the vast array of my clientele and business associates allow me to draw on all manner of expertise, enabling me to provide practical guidance and support from entry-level properties to the luxury market.
My hand-picked team of professionals bring their invaluable skills to each assignment; interior and garden re-imagining is one example where working with the best people, can bring out the best in any property.
