Since 2009, GOODSERCLE has been building a smarter way to deal with bulky household waste — by extending appliance life before it becomes “waste.”
We’re a Melbourne-based social enterprise focused on intercepting whitegoods before they’re prematurely scrapped by e-waste processors. Instead, we repair, refurbish and rehome appliances like fridges and washing machines — reducing environmental harm, supporting households, and creating meaningful local jobs.
Here’s what we do:
🔄 Extend appliance life Most whitegoods are discarded long before the end of their usable life. We intercept them early — reducing waste, recovering value, and offering affordable appliances to households who need them.
🛠️ Create local jobs in the repair economy Our circular model supports inclusive employment and skills training — especially for those locked out of traditional pathways.
🤝 Partner with local councils, businesses and community groups We work closely with local governments and grassroots organisations to embed reuse into bulky waste systems — making circular living practical and community-powered.
