We are Globex; a specialist mechanical design and new product development consultancy based in the heart of Auckland, New Zealand. We look beyond the prototype to help you translate your creative ideas into commercially viable products.
With a team of mechanical engineers from a breadth of industry and consulting backgrounds we think of ourselves as an extension of our clients’ in-house product development team. That combined with a purpose-built lab boasting prototyping facilities, 3D printing, laser cutting and CNC machining allow us to fully manage and run the design process to the timescales our clients need.
Beyond the prototype we work with an extensive network of suppliers and fabricators to bring products to market. We specialize in offering scalable manufacturing solutions from national providers within New Zealand, to international mass production through our partners in Asia.
Traversing a wide range of industries including aerospace, pharmaceuticals, acoustics and consumer electronics, we offer thorough mechanical engineering services specifically tailored to every project. Our clients trust us to deliver complete solutions to their most demanding and difficult problems.
