Global Civil and Mining was started in 2004 by Managing Director, Peter Blackburn, with a single road profiler operating from Perth in Western Australia. Not before long, Peter expanded into the surface mining sector with great success and eventually ventured into the fields of stabilisation and machine rebuilds.
